About ole' Phil Glass. I've been arguing with people about this cat since I was forced to deal with him in college. I do not doubt his musicianship, I doubt the validity of his compositions as they apply to the wider society. And it's the same ole' argument: if five people like Philip Glass and 100 people like Britney Spears, why is it OK to crap all over Brit, but not Phil? They are both crapworthy, in my book.
