jose you have passed this on to your oldest nephew. he loves chickie in a biskit (that's what the kids called it when they were little) we just had some a few days ago as well!! Also the love for mustard has been passed down another generation.

anyways....don't forget about chili cheese fritos or cooked balogna with season salt and mustard (ooohhh I got a little sick thinking about that )

Funny. When I first experienced this cracker a few days ago, I was searching for a "biscuit" flavor because dummy here thought it was "Chicken AND A Bisucit," as in 2 flavors in one. The chicken flavor was obvious, but where was that delicious biscuit flavor that only now have I come to realize isn't even "biscuit," but "biskit?" Strike two.

But now I have pinpointed what distracted me from the pure enjoyment you so beautifully described in this post (as you do in every post, Jose), and I am going to give these crackers another shot. And we all know that Easy Cheese is a sure thing. I can't wait.

Jose, I can't wait to read Part 2 of this installment.

You are not crazy at all. I have included a link to the nutritional info, Tamsin, if you would like to check it out. See where it says, "well, you know, a little?" It's a link to the info.

chicken in a cracker? i might try these just for curiosity's sake. i wonder what by products are used in making these crackers? but then again, what nabisco product doesn't have some shady ingredient? whatever, i still prefer the classic oreos to those trans fat-free ones anyway. call me crazy.
