Jose el Retardo is a resident of Brooklyn, NY. He tries to rock on a regular basis and can be frequently seen behind the drum kit for the explosively popular NYC band the Shallow Divers.

    Well, I’m looking forward to reading these opinions/rants/ravings. I am especially excited about the Katie column divulging the city’s culinary secrets and hopefully, misdeeds. I’m also very happy to see that you’ll continue your arguments against Michael Cesari as we all know his theories need to be disproven.

    I fell kind of bad now for introducing you to alcohol at such a young age. I think the effects are starting to show. On second thought, that could be the reason you are interesting now
